    Immediately following, we will have a 30 minute discussion. With Manhattan’s in hand, Gadi Shamia will host a fireside chat with our panel to discuss how leaders are leveraging AI to automate customer service. As the conversation wraps up, we will provide you access to the full on-demand library of speaker sessions.
